A 30-day guided healing challenge for Christian women ready to reconnect with God, move their bodies, and heal emotionally. This immersive experience includes 30 prerecorded daily teachings, guided prayers, scriptures, walking assignments, and bonus affirmations to help you release heartbreak, stress, and emotional heaviness. Please note that I am not a healthcare professional and advise all participants to consult your doctor before participating in the challenge.
